Each new episode of season 7 is being fast-tracked to Foxtel direct from the US as it airs there. So those who want to be the first to see the week’s action and drama might think the 11:00 am air time is a bit inconvenient. But thanks to the Foxtel app – free for Foxtel subscribers – you can stream each episode on your mobile device or laptop, wherever you are!

Game of Thrones FAQs

The first episode of the new season goes to air on Monday, July 17, with an episode every Monday after that. The 7th and final episode for the season will air Monday August 28.
No! Game of Thrones airs on Foxtel’s premium showcase channel, which runs all of its programming uninterrupted by ads. No matter what device you watch the series on, you’ll see every episode from start to finish.
The length of time Foxtel’s shows stay around on their “Anytime” catch-up service varies, but you’ll have at least a month after an episode airs to catch up with it if you happen to miss it. Plus, if you can’t watch at the same time as the US, Foxtel airs the episode again on Monday evenings.
Streaming Foxtel Now or Foxtel Go is unmetered – it doesn’t count against your download limit – on Telstra and Foxtel home broadband connections. It does, however, count against your data usage on all mobile networks including Telstra’s, so where possible you should try to get your device connected to Wi-Fi before streaming.
