How to join the Telstra Loyalty Program and get Telstra Plus points

Join Telstra

If you’re a mobile or broadband Telstra customer, chances are you are already aware of Telstra rewards and Telstra Plus points. This has long been Telstra’s way of giving a little back to their customers and a thanks for their loyalty. But how do you get more Telstra Plus points and what can you use them on? Here we are going to look at just that.

How does Telstra Loyalty Program work?

From the moment you join Telstra services as a postpaid broadband or mobile customer, you become eligible to earn Telstra Plus points via their rewards program. All you need to do is use your Telstra ID to register. Once your account is up and running you’ll earn points every time you pay your monthly bill. Easy!

You’ll get 10 points added to your account for every dollar you spend with Telstra on eligible services. That means whenever you pay for a mobile phone or broadband in monthly instalments, or pay for a Telstra mobile service, you’ll get points equivalent to 10 times the dollar amount you spent. So, for example, paying a $95 mobile bill will get you 950 points.

Telstra Gold Members (over $3000 annual spend) get even more from the Telstra Loyalty Program. To start with you get a free Telstra TV, VIP service via the Telstra app, and 50% discount on all shows and series featured on Telstra TV Box Office.

Telstra is now giving their customers the option of earning added points when they spend money with a few of their partners. Their list of partners is set to expand over the coming months, but already there’s a couple of interesting ways to get thousands of added points with your Telstra account.
