How does Telstra Plus membership tiers work?
Telstra Plus membership tiers are distinct degrees of engagement in the loyalty rewards program. For personal customers, Member is the lowest tier, followed by Silver and Gold. All qualifying business clients are eligible for the business member tier. The more you spend with us for personal subscriptions, the higher your tier and the more perks you obtain. Your first tier for current personal customers is determined by your qualifying spend with Telstra over the previous 12 months. If you are a new Telstra customer, you will begin the program at Member tier, and if your account expenditure reaches a specified amount throughout your membership year, you will be moved up.

What membership tiers can customers enjoy when they join Telstra Plus?
There are four membership tiers that Telstra TV customers can enjoy: Member, Silver, Gold, and Business. As mentioned earlier, if you have recently signed up for a Telstra service, you will be put on the Member tier right away. Your basic membership will get you access to all of the same benefits as the former Telstra Thanks program, including cheap movies tickets and sports tickets. The Silver membership is available to consumers who spend an average of $125 per month or more. Each year, these subscribers will receive a one-time Telstra Platinum tech support call, $75 in Telstra TV Box Office credit, and a free month of Kayo Sport.
What are the benefits of Telstra Plus Gold Membership tier?
