The 2023 Men’s Rugby World Cup, an international Rugby Union competition played every four years, will take place from 8 September to 28 October.

Rugby World Cup 2023 Guide

Twenty teams will enter the 2023 Rugby World Cup which will be held from the 8th of September through the 28th of October. The knock-out stage kicks off on 14 October, with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and the championship game itself.

There will be a total of 4 pools featuring five teams each. The Wallabies will be in Pool C, alongside Wales, Fiji, Georgia and Portugal. The highest ranked member of Pool C is Fiji (7), followed by the Wallabies (9), which represents an excellent opportunity for Australia to make the finals stage.

In total, there will be forty Group matches to determine the the top two teams from each pool that will make it to the finals knockout stage. The finals have eight matches, for a combined total of 48 games of the best Rugby in the world.
