The Agency follows a covert CIA agent known as “Martian” (Michael Fassbender). After spending several years of living his undercover life, he is tasked to return to the London Station, abandoning the life he has gotten familiar with, which includes Sami (Jodie Turner-Smith), the woman he loves.

Returning home for a new mission, the Martian has a hard time resuming his original life, finding it difficult to reconnect with family, colleagues, and even with his old self. Complicating matters even more, he learns Sami is in London.

As he struggles to navigate his personal relationship, his mission and secret identity, the very foundation in which his entire career is built on, is threatened by danger and deception he didn’t see coming.

The Agency is written by Jez Butterworth & John-Henry Butterworth based on Eric Rochant’s French series The Bureau. It is produced by George Clooney and Grant Heslov while Michael Fassbender serves as one of the show’s executive producers.
