Peacock’s 1980s-set thriller Hysteria! stars Modern Family’s Julie Bowen and Evil Dead’s Bruce Campbell.

A heavy metal band becomes suspected of causing terrifying deaths and bizarre disappearances. Their town has reason to believe that they may be behind all supernatural occurrences plaguing the residents, considering they proudly turn themselves into a Satanic metal group.

Confirmed to make its streaming premiere in October, here’s how you can watch episodes of Hysteria!.

The Hysteria TV series release date in Australia will happen on Friday, 18 October, with all eight episodes fast-tracked from the US and dropping on BINGE at once.

On Foxtel and Foxtel Now, the new horror thriller is set to premiere on Saturday, 19 October at 7pm.

When a varsity quarterback mysteriously disappears during the Satanic panic of the ‘80s, a struggling heavy metal band composed of teenagers see it as an opportunity to rebrand their band.

Their transformation into a Satanic metal group, however, seems to coincide with more murders, abductions, and supernatural activities, making themselves the target of a local witch hunt.

Hysteria! was created by Matthew Scott Kane, who also serves as the showrunner with David A. Goodman. Directing and executive producing the show were Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley.
