Richard Branson’s early life and his many daring adventures will be explored in the new Branson documentary directed by acclaimed filmmaker Chris Smith. The docuseries will tackle his many business ventures, which eventually established his colossal success. More than covering his achievements, the documentary will also talk about his ventures that didn’t make it, highlighting the fact that every business risk he’s taken throughout the years is a reflection of his penchant for wild adventures.

With the four-part documentary series dropping on streaming TV next week, find out how you can watch episodes of Branson in Australia using this guide.

What’s in this Guide?

The docuseries starring billionaire Richard Branson begins 16 days before his scheduled first ever space trip aboard his own spacecraft, Virgin Galactic’s VSS Unity. Sitting down for a conversation with Chris Smith (100 Foot Wave) about the risk that lies ahead and the new space age that Branson himself envisions with Virgin Galactic, we’re taken on an intimate journey spanning 70 years.

And so the series showcases Branson’s upbringing as a son of a spirited, tough love mother to his bold pursuits that ultimately influenced his character as an entrepreneur, allowing him to expand the Virgin brand. Starting his entrepreneurial journey, Branson had his first taste of success as a 15-year-old publisher of a student magazine.

The success of Virgin Records then put him on the millionaires map. Feeling the drive to expand his ventures, the launch of the airline Virgin Atlantic followed (competing with British Airways), along with other Virgin branded businesses, up to the launch of his commercial spaceflight company, Virgin Galactic, in 2004.

Moreover, in one of his most candid interviews, Branson reveals the ups and downs of being driven by risk in both his business and personal life. As a man who’s fuelled by his visions, he shares how pushing boundaries has both costs and rewards, which, when combined, is a force to be reckoned with.
