Newlyweds Adam and Sarah are about to embark on the perfect honeymoon, until Adam’s best friend Bav tags along. What happens next is a disaster one after another and heaps of “I told you so” glares. Written and directed by Dean Craig, best known for his work in Death at a Funeral, The Honeymoon is a perfect blend of laughter, romance, and mayhem. Here’s how you can watch it online in Australia.

What’s in this Guide?

Join the new bride, Sarah, and her gangster husband, Adam, as they set off on a romantic honeymoon in Italy. What was supposed to be their perfect lovers’ holiday inadvertently turns into one gross-out disaster when Adam brings his best friend Bav in tow.

But just when the couple thought that things couldn’t get worse, they met a wealthy drug dealer. When the charming gangster Giorgio falls for Sarah, he gets rid of Adam and Bav by sending them across the border on a drug-dealing mission.

Now Adam and Bav must attempt to do the “job” right while also trying their hardest to avoid getting caught. But with Bav’s penchant for causing troubles, this is easier said than done. Of course, the stakes are even higher for Adam, whose wife is being held hostage “by a particularly handsome Italian drug lord”.

When a newly married couple’s honeymoon turns into a complete disaster, it’s easy to blame the groom’s best man. He joined the newlyweds on their supposedly romantic trip in the first place. What comes next is outrageous mayhem one after another, which makes this rom-com a must-see.

In Australia, the film launched on Foxtel, airing on Movies Premiere (check Foxtel TV guide for The Honeymoon showtimes on the platform). You’ll need to sign up for the Movies HD package to access movies channels. But with Foxtel’s latest offers and deals, new customers can save for up to 12 months on plan fees.

You can also watch the movie when you sign up for Foxtel’s streaming service, Foxtel Now. Even easier for new customers, Foxtel still offers a free 10-day trial to access everything on its platform. After your free trial period expires, the Foxtel Now base pack, called the Essentials pack, is only $25 per month.

Premium packs like Drama Extra, Sport, and Movies can be added to your base plan. You’ll also need to sign up for the Movies Package to access Foxtel’s film channels and watch movies online.

The BINGE Premium Plan ($18 per month) is the last alternative, allowing you to stream on up to four screens/devices in SD or HD. All BINGE plans come with no lock-in contract so you can cancel anytime.
