The Cleaning Lady Season 4 is set to be another action-packed drama.

The crime drama from Fox finally returns for a fourth season after the suspense-packed The Cleaning Lady Season 3 finale. It follows a whip-smart Cambodian doctor who travels to the States for medical treatment to save her ailing son. When the system fails, she goes into hiding and is forced to live a double life as a cleaner and a doctor for a very dangerous crime syndicate.

With the fourth season just around the corner, here’s how to watch The Cleaning Lady Season 4 in Australia.

On Foxtel, The Cleaning Lady Season 4 arrives Monday, 31 March at 8.30pm on Foxtel One, then on demand on Foxtel Now, new episodes also airing weekly.

Thony De La Rosa (Élodie Yung) is an illegal immigrant living in Las Vegas. Forced into hiding, she’s also desperate to get her son a cutting-edge bone marrow treatment.

Already struggling to get by and get her son the medical treatment he needs, she becomes entangled in the criminal underworld after witnessing a crime. She is spared by gangster Arman Morales when she offers to clean the crime scene, starting her life as a “cleaner”.

In Season 2, Thony’s involvement with the mob deepens as she proves herself excellent in what she does. Getting more adept at navigating a world she never knew she’d be a part of, she also begins to play the game by her own rules.

While she’s initially doing all this to survive, she finds herself absorbed in her new life cleaning up murder scenes, just as her relationship with Arman also develops.

In Season 3, Thony’s decisions and actions are beginning to reflect the notable changes in her character. With her new life spiraling out of control, it will become harder for her to protect her family.

In Season 4, it seems like things are looking up for Thony as she’s started training as a surgical intern in the hopes of getting a citizenship. She also leaves her “cleaning” job in her attempt to have a fresh start. In reality, she continues her involvement with the Sin Cara cartel and its leader, Jorge (Santiago Cabrera).

Elodie Yung (Daredevil) returns as the lead protagonist Thony De La Rosa and Adan Canto (Designated Survivor) as gangster Arman Morales. Canto tragically passed away on January 8, 2024.

The cast of The Cleaning Lady also includes Martha Millan as Fiona De La Rosa. Meanwhile, the role of Luca, Thony’s son, has been recast with Khalen Roman Sanchez playing the role in the fourth season. Introduced as new characters in Season 4 are Neto (played by Yancey Arias), Dr. Dupont (played by Daniel Bonjour), and Feng (played by Alain Uy).

The series is developed by Miranda Kwok based on the 2017 Argentinian series “La chica que limpia”. Kwok also serves as an executive producer alongside Rose Marie Vega, David Dean Portelli, Shay Mitchell, Paola Suárez, Michael Offer, and Melissa Carter.

There are four seasons so far, with the new season premiering from 26 March 2025. For catching up on older episodes on streaming TV, prior seasons are still available on BINGE, Foxtel, and Foxtel Now.
