This supernatural and psychological drama from Tom Moran started when social worker and mother Lucy Chambers (Jessica Raine) became haunted by disturbing visions, always happening at 3:33 AM. Ultimately, she discovered it was the “devil’s hour”, although she had no idea what’s causing it.

She then became embroiled in a complex investigation after her emotionally troubled son Isaac was kidnapped by Gideon (Peter Capaldi), a mysterious man with links to her past.

In Season 2, Lucy forms a partnership with Gideon as they begin to work together to stop a recurring tragedy and even stop a mysterious monster from unleashing its wrath.

The new season also picks up where the first season left off, finally revealing another version of Lucy’s life in some other dimension or timeline.

These mind-bending elements involving time that were introduced in the first season will be further explored in Season 2 as Lucy’s double life becomes more problematic for her and her family.

Meanwhile, her son Isaac (Benjamin Chivers) continues to struggle with his atypical abilities, leading to new mysteries and shocking revelations.
