New true crime docuseries The Body Detectives is streaming in Australia this week. 

With a former detective and forensic experts at the helm, Channel 4’s new documentary show The Body Detectives delves into unresolved cases in the hopes of finding answers for families left behind. Investigating unidentified bodies across the UK, the new docuseries is engrossing as it is devastating.

The Body Detectives will be streaming in Australia from Friday, 14 February exclusively on BritBox. 

The first season consisted of three episodes, which will roll out on BritBox Australia weekly.

This new docuseries from Channel 4 follows former detective Dave Grimstead of Locate International as he revisits cases of unidentified bodies around the UK.

Thousands of unknown bodies require identification and so as the mystery only increases, Grimstead joins forces with forensic experts to find answers using cutting-edge forensics. 

By untangling the mysteries of these cases, the documentary brings closure to unresolved cases and provides answers to families in need. Every episode, the show features an unsolved case in the hopes of reclaiming the lives and identities of these unidentified people and learning more about their stories. 

Actress Anna Maxwell Martin, best known for her performances in Line of Duty, Motherland, and Code 404, narrates every episode of The Body Detectives.
