Mad Men’s Jon Hamm is the star and executive producer of new animated detective comedy Grimsburg, revolving around an extraordinary sleuth who excels at untangling mysteries but lacks the sense to figure out his own family.

Now back in the super grim town of Grimsburg where everyone has secrets to hide and bagels to protect, the intuitive detective will have to spend much of his time solving crimes. More importantly, he needs to be less annoying to win back his ex-wife and hang out more with his kid.

Streaming this week in Australia, here’s how you can watch episodes of Grimsburg.

Grimsburg follows the world’s greatest detective Marvin Flute and his sleuthing exploits, cracking every case he’s worked on. But despite his knack for unraveling mysteries, there’s one thing he’s not very good at – family.

Wanting to redeem himself, he returns to his ever-menacing town of Grimsburg where he is welcomed with more cases to crack, an ex-wife to appease, and a son to catch up with.

Created by Catlan McClelland & Matthew Schlissel, Grimsburg finally arrives in Australia this February, a month after its initial US release. It’s worth noting that even before it premiered, Fox already renewed the series for a second season.

Creators McClelland and Schlissel and lead voice cast Jon Hamm also serve as executive producers alongside Chadd Gindin, Gail Berman, Hend Baghdady, and Connie Tavel.

Check out BINGE’s trailer for the new animated sitcom below.

Starring Jon Hamm as the voice of Marvin Flute, the Fox sitcom also features the following voice cast:

  • Rachel Dratch as Stan Flute, Marvin’s son
  • Erinn Hayes as Harmony Flute, Marvin’s ex-wife
  • Kevin Michael Richardson as Det. Greg Summers
  • Alan Tudyk as Dr. Rufis Pentos and Mr. Flesh

If you enjoy watching animated sitcoms like this one, you’ll be surprised at the great number of similar TV shows you can access on streaming instantly.

Other adult animated comedies you can try include Rick and Morty, Archer, Velma, Krapopolis, Family Guy, The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, and many more. You can explore more animated shows to watch by checking what’s on BINGE
