How to cancel your Fetch subscription

Published On

April 21, 2022

Fetch combines streaming and catch-up TV in one place, letting you access premium and free channels with ease. The streaming apps available on Fetch TV include Netflix, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Stan, BritBox, Amazon Prime Video and many more.

There are two ways you can purchase your own Fetch TV – via retailers or internet providers. The Fetch set-top box can be bundled with broadband if you get NBN from such ISPs as iPrimus, Aussie Broadband and iiNet.

Once you have your Fetch TV, you can subscribe to premium channels, which are as follows: Vibe Pack, Knowledge Pack, and Variety Pack. They’re priced at $6 per month, or you can have all of these channel packs, plus Kids pack, for $20 per month.

While Fetch TV is great for entertainment and sports, it doesn’t make sense to keep it if you rarely use it. When subscribed to a service that you pay for each month, it’s only practical to ensure that you’re making the most of it. But the question is – can you cancel your Fetch subscription? The answer is yes. Find out more below.

There’s no lock-in contract with Fetch TV’s channel packs so it’s easy to add or remove packs at any time. To change or remove premium packs, simply go ‘Manage’, select ‘Subscriptions’ on your Fetch TV box, and click the one you want to remove or add.

How to cancel Fetch

If you’ve gotten your Fetch via bundling from internet providers like iPrimus or Aussie Broadband, you can cancel your subscription, however, you will need to return the set top box after cancellation. It’s important to note that there are charges if the Fetch set top box (Fetch Mini or Fetch Mighty) is damaged or not returned within 30 days of cancellation.

The streaming landscape in Australia is more prolific than ever, so it’s only right to take advantage of streaming TV offers that come your way. Starting with free trials to check platforms like BINGE, Amazon Prime, Foxtel Now, and BritBox, just to name a few, it’s surely an exciting time for sports and TV. And speaking of sports, Kayo has over 50 sports live and on demand, as well as sports documentaries that are as engrossing as the sporting events themselves. Even better, it still offers a 14-day free trial, which you can use to watch the biggest sports this week.
