What is Misrule about?

Undercover Security Services officer, Christian, lost in his alias', returns home to his fiancé, unsure of his own identity and his desires. While trying to reignite the passion in his relationship, he is assigned to a new partner at work, Andrew, by his boss and mentor, Joanna. They must hunt down a Russian agent, Romanov, who has killed one of their own. Meanwhile Russia and the UK are locked in energy negotiations, that are under threat from the investigating team. Things begin to get persona, motives and underhand techniques are revealed as relationships are torn apart. Christian must come to terms with who he really is and confront the enemy in himself and in Romanov.
