The new romantic comedy starring Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine only streams on Prime Video, a streaming service that’s part of the larger Amazon Prime. Anne Hathaway plays 40-year-old single mum Solène Marchand who finds herself attending Coachella with her daughter at the request of her ex-husband. While initially not into music festivals, her going to one changed her life when she met the lead singer of the boy band August Moon, Hayes Campbell (Galitzine).
As their romance begins, Solène must navigate the unfamiliar roads of dating a younger guy who also happens to be famous. Will their budding romance survive the pressures and the pitfalls that come with their May-December relationship?
Based on The Idea of You book by Robinne Lee, the film was a critical success with a Rotten Tomatoes ratings of 93%. It is directed by Michael Showalter from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jennifer Westfeldt. Lee also produced the movie alongside lead star Anne Hathaway.
