Don’t miss A Quiet Place: Day One streaming in Australia on BINGE, Foxtel Now, and Paramount+! Check out the trailer below.

As per A Quiet Place Day One’s trailer, it had been over 400 days since the aliens attacked Earth. It was also around this time when we were first introduced to the Abbott family.

The family survived for long after that much carnage because, eventually, they had learned how to cope, knowing what to do and what not to do during Earth’s apocalyptic era.

Of course, the atrocious state of things only meant they weren’t safe for long. They all learned the hard way with a space shuttle toy tragically setting things in motion.

But what was it like on the very first day of the attack, when everyone was oblivious of the fearsome danger just about to strike and change the world as they know it?

Enter A Quiet Place: Day One, telling the story of new survivors and giving us a glimpse of what went on during that harrowing day when the world first turned quiet.

The new film follows a woman named Sammy (Lupita Nyong’o), just one of the people in New York City who must fight for her life following an attack by alien creatures with ultrasonic hearing.

Along with her cat, she meets other survivors and decides to get out of the city at all costs. But with the ferocious invaders hunting by sound, the only way to stay alive is to never make a sound.

The new A Quiet Place movie is written and directed by Michael Sarnoski from a story he developed with John Krasinski, who produced the film alongside Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller.

The main cast consists of Lupita Nyong’o (Blank Panther, Us) Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things, Les Misérables) Alex Wolff (Oppenheimer, Hereditary), and Djimon Hounsou (Rebel Moon, Gran Turismo).
