A shady businessman to set his office on fire on Christmas Eve as part of an insurance scam, meanwhile, has hired Percy.

Kevin raids the remains of a burnt down house searching for parts to build himself a robotic friend. He finds a Gameboy, which is possessed by the ghost of a creepy handicapped kid who died in the house fire. When Kevin's robotic spider friend eats the possessed gameboy, the giant spider reeks havoc during the city's annual Festival of Flowers.
