In the BBC’s new crime drama, Jenna Coleman stars as DC Ember Manning. Still reeling from a tragic loss, the detective is assigned to an arson case. The arrival of Riz Samuel (Weruche Opia), a true crime podcaster in town digging up information about an old missing person case, however, clashes with her investigation.

As more revelations come to light, she realises the arson case she has taken on to solve has a mysterious connection with Riz’s cold case. With dark secrets spilling one after the other, DC Manning’s own life, and that of her late husband Mack (Tom Glynn-Carney), begins to unravel.

All four episodes of The Jetty were directed by Marialy Rivas and written by Cat Jones. They also served as executive producers alongside lead star Jenna Coleman, Elizabeth Kilgarriff, Sarah Wyatt, and Jo McClellan.
