Lionsgate Films will be distributing the new The Crow movie, which means that it could be streaming on BINGE, Foxtel, and Foxtel Now first, following in the footsteps of other Lionsgate releases like the John Wick films or the smash-hit mystery thriller Knives Out.

What is the plot of The Crow?
The Crow follows soulmates Eric Draven (Bill Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA Twigs). Finding the love of their life in each other, they decide to marry. However, Shelly’s dark past catches up with them, resulting in their tragic deaths at the hands of the most vicious criminals.
In the original “The Crow” comics, people who have been murdered can be resurrected by a magical crow, giving the victims the chance to exact vengeance on their killers.
So when Eric is resurrected, it becomes his sole mission to avenge the deaths of himself and his fiancée. Guided by The Crow, he goes on a revenge spree, taking out their killers one by one.
Rupert Sanders directed The Crow from a screenplay by Zach Baylin and William Schneider, based on James O’Barr’s graphic novel of the same name. Serving as producers are Edward R. Pressman, Samuel Hadida, Victor Hadida, John Jencks, and Molly Hassell.
The original 1994 film starred Brandon Lee in his final film role, after he was mortally wounded by a prop gun during filming.
