Set in Los Angeles, Colin Farrell’s Private Detective John Sugar investigates the disappearance of Olivia Siegel, the granddaughter of legendary Hollywood producer Jonathan Siegel. Haunted by his own personal demons, the enigmatic investigator carries an impeccable reputation of finding the missing.

He realises there’s more to the case than meets the eye when the victim’s family is revealed to be deceptive. With forces hot on his trail, Sugar knew that finding Olivia is a race against time. But before he can solve the mysteries of her disappearance, he must first confront the mysteries of his own mind.

Sugar is created by Mark Protosevich and directed by Fernando Meirelles. Both serve as executive producers, which include lead actor Colin Farrell, Simon Kinberg, Audrey Chon, Scott Greenberg, and Chip Vucelich.
