The 2024 Big Bash League is finally at its fourteenth season, with the Brisbane Heat defending their championship title from last year’s win.
The BBL officially kicks off 15th of December and will run until 27th of January, with eight teams playing a total of 44 matches.

Where to watch the Big Bash League Final live
You can watch select live BBL games on free to air with Network Seven, which will be televising a total of 34 BBL matches live.
The coverage on FOX Cricket (Foxtel/Kayo) will include all 44 matches televised live, with every ball shown ad-break free during play. The award-winning FOX Cricket team will also provide news, commentary and expert analysis throughout the tournament.
For those who miss out on the live FOX Cricket action, condensed match replays will be scheduled (Foxtel/Telstra) or streamed on-demand (Kayo Sports).
The live games on channel 7 will be simulcast on their streaming platform 7Plus.

Watch Big Bash League live on Channel 7
Thanks to a six-year broadcasting agreement between Cricket Australia and Network Seven, free to air BBL cricket live coverage will continue at least until 2024. This agreement ensures the popular T20 action is accessible to all Australians via either channel 7 and 7Mate.
However, you won’t be able to stream any Big Bash games using Seven’s online digital platform digital platform Plus, because those rights have been granted exclusively to Foxtel and Kayo Sports.
This season’s BBL free to air coverage on Channel 7 and 7Mate will include a total of 34 live broadcasts. This includes 30 regular season matches and every finals game. The 34 BBL free to air telecasts will be available to watch from the comfort of your favourite room, on either Channel 7 or 7 Mate.

Fans of the Big Bash will be given plenty of opportunities to tune in to all the live-action this summer. All 44 games of the season are set to be shown live, ad-break free during play, and on demand on Fox Cricket. Fox Cricket is available to watch and stream in Australia via Foxtel, Foxtel Now and Kayo Sports.
Fox Cricket also have exclusive streaming TV rights to BBL. This means you will need access to it to watch the Big Bash tournament on a mobile device.
