Divorce TV Show streaming in Australia

Divorce returned in July 2019 with a brand-new season, following Frances (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Robert (Thomas Haden Church) as they attempt to move on in their new lives. The freedom they have so longed for has finally been served. Will they use it, or let it go to waste? It turns out that living entirely new lives isn’t as pleasant as expected.

The much-awaited divorce has now been finalised, now what? Moving on and going forward is the reasonable way to go, but it’s not always a cut and dried solution. Marriage is complicated; divorce is complicated. Unexpectedly, even starting a new life is more complicated. Will the complexity involving former spouses Frances and Robert ever end? However, it’s this complication that makes the characters realise what went wrong, how to fix it, and when to laugh about it.

Unfortunately, the story of a very, very long divorce — and what to do afterwards — will come to an end after the final third season. Consisting of six episodes, we’ll see favourites Sarah Jessica Parker and Thomas Hayden Church reprise their roles as Frances and Robert, respectively. Beckie Newton, who plays Robert’s new fiancee, has been upped to series regular for Season 3. Molly Shannon and Talia Balsam also return as Frances’ closest friends Diane and Dallas.

Starring Sarah Jessica Parker (Sex and The City ), Thomas Haden Church (Sideways), Molly Shannon (The Other Two), and Talia Balsam (Mad Men), the much anticipated Divorce series have arrived in Australia and using the information in this guide you won’t have to miss a moment.

Divorce season 3 has six episodes that will leave you wanting for more. Once you’ve caught them all you may wish to get your teeth into something in the same vein, so we’ve made a few suggestions below.

There comes a time when you know it’s over. Lena and Martin are confident they’ve reached “that time”. Now, it’s official — they’re filing for divorce. Little did they know that going through everything, well, divorce-related, is an entirely different experience. In the end, they’re bound by that experience — unexpectedly reigniting their relationship. Splitting Together stars Jenna Fischer (The Office)  and Oliver Hudson (Nashville). Watch this light-hearted comedy-drama available for streaming on 7plus

Bachelor Alex Cole moves in with his newly divorced sister to help her embrace her new life and the unpredictability of the dating pool. With a teenage daughter added into the mix, the trio learns from each other and their own respective experiences that love — and life — is anything but casual. Starring Michaela Watkins, Tommy Dewey, and Tara Lynne Barr, Casual is available to stream on Foxtel Now.

Adapted from Frankie Shaw’s award-winning short film, this Showtime series follows Bridgette Bird, a young single mom who’s making significant attempts to explore life with a not-so-traditional family. She struggles to make ends meet and works hard to create a better life for her son. Despite her efforts to make the right choices, she finds herself doing the opposite. SMILF is honest, funny, and smart. It delivers unavoidable truth about motherhood, co-parenting, and female sexuality. Catch the latest episodes now available for streaming on Stan.
