Waterlogged was a cult classic for the surfing crowds of the time. A best-of collection cut from his previous films, Narrated by Bruce (of course) it follows surfers as they ride waves, crack jokes and play up in front of the camera. By the release of this film Bruce had already filmed, produced, narrated and released four other full-length surfing documentaries each of which had moderate success, but he had something grander in mind. But the film of his dreams would cost more to produce than what his previous films had made all together. The popularity of this film gave Brown the money he required to go on and create his masterpiece, The Endless Summer.
