The return of the documentary using eyewitness testimony and footage from camcorders, CCTV and phones to examine traumatic, shocking, humorous and occasionally bizarre feuds between neighbours. Including an army veteran who was attacked with a knife, and a Polish couple forced to call the police after their neighbour threw petrol over one of them and threatened to burn down their conservatory.

A dispute with the residents of a mobile home leads to a man being attacked with a hammer, and a woman decides to tackle a dog mess problem in the communal area of her council block. The programme also follows the attempts of a couple to find evidence that their neighbour is subjecting them to a psychological campaign of terror.
