Strong Women

At the Arnold Australian Strongman Championships, Kerryn and Alira compete for the title of Australia's strongest woman under 65kg, a title which Kerryn fiercely hopes to reclaim.

Kerryn misses the podium by half a point; Alira finishes third and qualifies for the World Championships in the US.

Alira is grateful for the sport that gave her direction in life; Mari and Kerryn host another empowerment workshop, where Mari talks about her struggle with bulimia and body dysmorphia; Kerryn finally realises her dream and opens her gym.
