After its theatrical release last November, Saltburn understandably gained a lot of buzz for the duration of its cinematic run, and still does. With its bizarre and unnerving plot, viewers and critics alike are still weighing in on the film, especially after that major plot twist at the end.

Dark and intriguing plot aside, Saltburn easily captures attention – it is director Emerald Fennell’s return to the big screen after 2020’s Promising Young Woman, Margot Robbie is one of the producers, and it stars an ensemble cast that includes Jacob Elorbi, Barry Keoghan, Rosamund Pike, and Carey Mulligan.

What’s in this Guide?

One of the most talked-about films of 2023, Amazon Prime Video is streaming Saltburn this December.

If you’re just signing up for the first time, you can watch the film for free with a 30-day trial.

If you prefer watching movies at home, it’s soon going to be available for streaming with Prime Video acquiring the rights for the film, which is now confirmed to debut on the service on 22 December.

For Saltburn streaming, Australia has Amazon Prime launching the new movie. Fortunately, Prime still offers a 30-day free trial, the longest trial available in Australia alongside Stan.

What’s more, it is a part of the larger Prime membership that includes shopping, free delivery options, music, reading, and many more benefits you’ll not find on other services.

Amazon Prime is the home of many original series and movies, including trending titles like Reacher, The Boys, Rings of Power, Good Omens, and many others.

In the movies department, they have originals like Ben Affleck’s Air, Being the Ricardos, Cassandro, Totally Killer, Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant, Samaritan, Thirteen Lives, and lots more.

Oliver Quick (Keoghan) attends Oxford University on a scholarship, but his campus life is aggravated by his inability to fit in. Things get better when he meets fellow student Felix Catton (Elordi), who’s not only popular and charming but also extremely rich.

As their friendship develops, so does Oliver’s fascination with Felix’s aristocratic world and the luxurious lifestyle it comes with. But their relationship takes a turn for the worse when Felix brings Oliver with him to spend the summer in his family’s extravagant estate, Saltburn.

The promise of an exciting summer, however, becomes a tale of hedonistic excess and obsession; the wild parties and sexual escapades setting the stage for a much more twisted ending.

Don’t miss the movie streaming on Prime Video from December 22!

Saltburn’s ensemble cast includes Barry Keoghan (The Banshees of Inisherin), Jacob Elordi (Euphoria), Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), and Carey Mulligan (Promising Young Woman)
