Reacher, Amazon’s action-packed thriller revolves around Jack Reacher, a character notably played by Tom Cruise in the Jack Reacher movie adaptation based on the novels by Lee Child. Now adapted for television with the novel “Killing Floor” as its source material for its first season, Jack Reacher is portrayed by Alan Ritchson (Ordinary Angels, Fast X). After two seasons (so far) of playing the part, we can now confirm Ritchson’s television’s Reacher is oh so unforgettable.

What is the plot of Reacher TV series?
Jack Reacher is a former US Army military police investigator exploring life as a civilian. Content in being a drifter, he takes odd jobs and stays off the radar with no phone as he intends to be invisible.
In Reacher Season 1, we see the former military man trying his best to stay away from trouble; it’s just that trouble has a way of finding him. Arriving in the small town of Margrave, Georgia, he becomes embroiled in a murder investigation after witnesses place him at the scene of the crime.
Being an investigator himself, he adamantly works to prove his innocence until he figures out that a deep-seated conspiracy is behind everything, including the death of his older brother, Joe.
To beat those who have betrayed him and set him up to take the fall, he must employ his sharp mind and insanely proficient fighting skills, just so he could show them that they pick the wrong guy to mess with.
In Reacher Season 2, Jack Reacher plays detective once again after he receives a coded message and learns that one of his army comrades was found murdered. And as it turns out, all members of their team are being targeted one by one.
As he and his ex-army investigator friends get together to find answers and also save their own lives, they quickly realise that their friends’ death is not what it seems, and they’re even on to something bigger.
In Reacher Season 3, Jack Reacher is hired to rescue an informant being held by someone from his past. In order to execute his mission, he needs to go undercover and assimilate himself into a massive criminal enterprise.
The Reacher Season 3 cast is headlined by Alan Ritchson as the titular character. Also returning from prior seasons is Maria Sten as Frances Neagley. As with every season, new characters will be introduced, including Brian Tee as Francis Xavier Quinn, Anthony Michael Hall as Zachary Beck, Sonya Cassidy as DEA agent Susan Duffy, Johnny Berchtold as Richard Beck, and Olivier Richters as Paulie.
Reacher Season 1 is based on Lee Child’s debut novel “Killing Floor”. Reacher Season 2, meanwhile, is based on Child’s eleventh book, “Bad Luck and Trouble”. As for the upcoming third season, it will be based on Child’s seventh book in the Reacher series, “Persuader”.
