Can I watch T20 cricket on free-to-air TV?

Yes, Channel 7 and 7plus have the rights to T20 competitions like the BBL, WBBL, and International Masters League. However, they only cover a certain number of games per year. Where to watch the most T20 cricket? Which platforms have the most cricket for Australian viewers? That would be Foxtel and Kayo Sports.

Foxtel and Foxtel Now show Twenty20 cricket on their dedicated Fox Cricket channel (501). You’ll find every BBL and WBBL game for the whole T20 season in Australia. Then there are other international men’s and women’s T20 cricket games, the Super Smash, IPL, WIPL, T20 Blast, PSL, and T20 tournaments across the globe (Dubai, Canada, etc).

Kayo Sports shows all the same cricket competitions as they get the broadcast rights from Fox. But with Kayo, you’ll get some neat features like:

  • SplitView
  • T20 streams on multiple devices
  • Kayo Minis
  • Highlights and replays
  • Dedicated T20 cricket shows

Kayo Sports also offers a 7-day free trial, so you can sign up hassle-free and start watching T20 cricket live.

Amazon Prime has the exclusive broadcast rights to all ICC T20 competitions until 2030/31. This means that for any ICC game involving the Australian men’s and women’s teams, you’ll have to sign up for Prime.

Amazon Prime is also where you can watch international women’s cricket, like the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 in England.

Still, Amazon Prime doesn’t have too many T20 cricket competitions as it’s more focused on international test matches and ODIs. If you want the most T20 cricket to watch, go to Kayo Sports or Foxtel.
