The new movie will first have its theatrical run, followed by a digital release on pay per view.

Following in the footsteps of other new Neon releases in Australia like Triangle of Sadness, The Royal Hotel, Moonage Daydream, and many others, the movie will then likely make its subscription streaming debut on Foxtel, Foxtel Now, and BINGE afterwards.

In this new horror flick from director Michael Mohan, Sydney Sweeney plays Sister Cecilia, an American nun who arrives at an Italian countryside after being offered a position at a distinguished convent.

Initially pleased about her spiritual journey in her new seemingly serene home, things instantly spiral out of control when the convent is revealed to be harbouring twisted secrets.

As her faith further exposes its dangerously concealed dimensions, a bizarre miracle takes her and everyone by surprise – an unexplainable pregnancy.

Immaculate is written by Andrew Lobel. Sweeney also serves as a producer alongside David Bernad, Jonathan Davino, Teddy Schwarzman and Michael Heimler.
