Taking place 10 years after most of the Justice Society of America were killed by the ISA, a young student is set to create a new group of superheroes. Courtney Whitmore has discovered that her stepfather was an old superhero sidekick and uses this as inspiration to create her new team.
Courtney takes on the name Stargirl and is targeted by the ISA to become a new member, but she is hellbent on fighting for Justice. Plenty of conflict entails as good and evil go head to head again.
