Season 3 takes a new twist, with each of our stars mentoring three up-and-comers, and giving them the chance to make it on the big stage. Mark selects and mentors 3 young surfers, all aiming to become professional Big Wave Surfers. Richie selects and mentors 3 young fighters, all aiming to become professional fighters and make it to the UFC. Mac selects and mentors 3 young artists, all aiming to make it to the stage and perform professionally. Watch as the Crew take on the challenge to mentor and select one suitable graduate from their group. Its a new ride and the most exciting to date.
