Scott Pape's Money Movement cover

Every adult knows about Scott Pape, the Barefoot Investor. And now kids across Australia are going to know him too. Especially his principles on money. In this exciting new docuseries, the man is going to give school children an early introduction to sound financial planning. Find out how to watch it on TV here.

Scott Pape is on a mission to bring his money program to children. He believes the earlier that financial literacy is introduced, the better. What they learn about money will only stand them in good stead when they grow into adults.

The money program is the first of its kind in Australia. Financial techniques of the Barefoot Investor will run in NSW schools from next term. The Scott Pape Money Movement program will roll out in the form of fun challenges for kids. But getting here was not easy.

Scott Pape had to wait patiently for years to put his financial program in place. After years of hard lobbying, the Barefoot Investor was finally able to convince the powers that be about his money program. News Corp Australia was the first to break the news.

The money documentary series will premier on June 23 at 8:30 pm. All episodes of the financial series are exclusively available to watch on Foxtel’s LifeStyle as they air or later On Demand.

Streaming TV Devices

The following is a list of compatible internet-connected devices for which you can stream Scott Pape’s Money Movement whether at home or on the go.

Apple TV

For years, Apple TV devices have been an ideal instant streaming solution that does it all. There are two models available – Apple TV HD handles video up to 1080p, while Apple TV 4K adds full support for 4K, HDR and Dolby Vision. Kayo Sports is great on Apple TV, with flawless 4-way Split View.

Google Chromecast

A hugely popular low-cost streaming solution, Google’s Chromecast got a make-over, and now comes in two very different flavours. The basic Chromecast is still available, but the newer Google TV version (which replaces the Ultra) adds a remote control and an on-screen interface.

Telstra TV

Now in its third generation and boasting better performance than ever, Telstra TV is a great choice for those who want to plug in and get streaming with no hassles. It has a friendly user interface and all the apps you need to get streaming, including full support for Kayo and Foxtel.

Foxtel Now Box

Foxtel’s own streaming box is an Android TV device that brings the Foxtel Now experience front and centre in its user interface – making it a natural choice if your preferred way of streaming sports is via the live channels that Foxtel Now offers, with on-demand streaming and live free-to-air channels as well.

Amazon Fire TV Stick

This easy alternative comes in three flavours – a budget Lite model, the standard one, and a 4K version. All of them are simple “plug in and go” stick-shaped devices that work similarly to Google’s newest Chromecast, except these use Amazon’s custom user interface and support Alexa voice control.

Nvidia Shield TV

A powerful Android TV streaming device from one of the world’s leading PC graphics companies comes in the form of a small “tube” with connections at either end, along with a slim backlit remote control. It can easily deal with every streaming app under the sun, including Kayo and Foxtel.
