Blood & Money TV series preview
Blood and Money features appalling crimes ripped from the headlines and adapted for television. Every episode is chronicled through Wolf’s unique lens, utilizing signature franchise elements that are reflective of his substantial work in the crime genre. Consisting of ten stories, each one-hour episodes spotlight high-profile murders and the detectives and prosecutors that tackle these cases to pursue justice.
The season premiere entitled “An Unexpected Link to Robert Durst,” follows the case of Susan Berman, a mobster’s daughter murdered in her own home. Ultimately, the evidence leads investigators to one of the most dangerous real estate heirs in the country, Robert Durst, the victim’s longtime friend and confidant. New insight from the authorities and court room footage will unveil why Durst murdered his own best friend.
Blood & Money is produced by Dick Wolf, Wolf Entertainment’s Tom Thayer, Universal Television Alternative Studio, and Alfred Street Industries’ Dan Cutforth, and Jane Lipsitz. Nan Strait, Dan Volpe and Josh Bingham also serve as executive producers.
