It has been confirmed that the release date of NCIS Origins in Australia will be on Tuesday, 15 October. The show premieres with two episodes, then arrives on streaming TV weekly after that.

What is NCIS: Origins about?
In this new NCIS prequel, Austin Stowell (Bridge of Spies, The Hating Game) portrays a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Prior to the formation of NCIS, there was the Naval Investigative Service (NIS), where Gibbs just became a “newly minted special agent”.
The series is set in 1991 and mainly follows Gibbs’ early career at the newly formed NIS Camp Pendleton office. Guided by NCIS legend Mike Franks, he finds his place in the service with every case and experience shaping him to be NCIS’ future leader.
Original NCIS star Mark Harmon and his son Sean executive produced the series with Gina Lucita Monreal, David J. North, and Niels Arden Oplev.
