The popular British dating series is back for season 7, which also happens to be its last. In Naked Attraction, the goal is simple: a single looking for a match meets potential partners who are naked in pods. The winning contestant is chosen based on physical appearance alone with a face reveal at the end.
Needless to say, Naked Attraction was controversial during its run for obvious reasons. Despite being hit by numerous complaints, it managed to stay on television for several years with Naked Attraction Season 7 being the final series. What is the premise of Naked Attraction?
In Naked Attraction, singles (the chooser) are given the unique opportunity to choose the potential love of their life out of six contestants, who are, get this—naked. Standing in individual color-coded booths, the potential partners are unveiled in stages, from the feet upward, over several rounds. The chooser eliminates one person at every stage, based on their physical attributes.
After all that, faces are revealed at the final round, in which the top two contestants will be chosen. There is a brief encounter to test personalities at the end, during which the single looking for love selects only one. During the final selection stage, the chooser also undresses so that everyone is naked. Now with a chosen partner, the pair goes on a date, fully clothed this time because of restaurant policies and stuff.
