The 2025 Formula One season is kicking off, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the most exciting seasons in recent memory. With the introduction of new aerodynamic regulations last year, teams are still getting to grips with the changes, and there are still plenty of gains to be made.

Additionally, with major personnel changes across several teams, including drivers and team principals, it’s anyone’s guess who will come out on top this year.

Get ready to witness the most exciting racing event of the year! The 2025 edition of the Australian Grand Prix is just around the corner and it’s set to take place from March 14 to 16.

This three-day event will feature a lineup of world-class drivers competing in the most high-speed and adrenaline-fueled races.

The good news is that F1 fans will get to enjoy the Australian Grand Prix for a long time to come. Thanks to a new contract extension, the event will continue to be held in Melbourne until at least the end of 2037. This means that the city will remain as the season-opening venue for F1 races in the Asia-Pacific region.

The broadcast rights for the 2025 Australian Grand Prix are shared across Foxtel, Kayo Sports and Channel Ten.

Foxtel and Kayo’s live coverage will include every practice, qualifying session and the Australian Grand Prix shown live, with no ad-breaks during racing. This will include special events such as Pit Lane Qualifying and the Driver’s Parade, as well as extensive live coverage of F2 and F3 racing.

Channel Ten’s live broadcasts will include each Formula One practice, qualifying session, and the Grand Prix itself, but expect plenty of ads, and less extensive coverage of each day’s undercard events.
