The 2025 MotoGP season promises to be one of the most competitive yet, with reigning champion Francesco Bagnaia defending his title against rising stars like Pedro Acosta and Jorge Martín. Meanwhile, experienced riders such as Marc Márquez and Maverick Viñales are eager to fight for podiums in what could be a defining year for their careers.

As the championship battle unfolds, MotoGP fans in Australia will be keen to know where to watch every race, including live TV broadcasts, streaming options, and session times for practice, qualifying, and the Grand Prix itself.

The 2025 season officially kicks off on February 28 in Thailand and concludes on November 16 in Valencia. With the return of the Czech Grand Prix in Brno and the debut of the Hungarian Grand Prix at Balaton Park Circuit, the calendar features a record-breaking 22 races. Additionally, three official Tests are scheduled throughout the season in April, June, and September.

Thanks to a long-term broadcasting agreement, Fox Sports (Foxtel/Kayo) holds the exclusive rights to air all 22 race weekends of the 2025 MotoGP season in Australia. The only exception is the Australian MotoGP, which will also be simulcast live on Network Ten and 10 Play.

Fox Sports (Foxtel/Kayo) will broadcast every MotoGP practice, qualifying session, and Grand Prix live, with ad-free coverage during racing.

The coverage extends beyond MotoGP, featuring comprehensive Moto2 and Moto3 action, along with in-depth pre-race and post-race commentary.

Channel 10 Live coverage of Australian MotoGP only.

No – Australian Grand Prix on simulcast only

Due to a long-term broadcasting agreement, Channel 10 will only televise one MotoGP race live – the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island (17-19 October 2025).

This setup mirrors Ten’s Formula One coverage, where the free-to-air broadcaster holds TV rights to the Australian Grand Prix.

Previously, Channel 10 (via 10 Bold and 10 Play) aired one-hour MotoGP racing highlights on Monday evenings following each Grand Prix weekend.

As of 2025, Channel 10 has not announced any plans to offer MotoGP highlights, suggesting that option may no longer be available. The only confirmed exception remains the Phillip Island Grand Prix.
