Ryan Coogler’s smash-hit movie, Sinners, finally makes its streaming debut in Australia. Starring Michael B. Jordan as twin brothers who return home, only to confront supernatural evil, defied box-office expectations and went on to earn $364 million worldwide. During such a time when people are glued to their streaming screens rather than actually going to the cinemas, this is a notable feat, especially for a film that defies traditional genres.
If you’ve missed the film on the big screen, now is your chance to stream it at home as it lands on selected streaming services. Find out where to watch Sinners in Australia right here.

What is the plot of Sinners movie?
After fighting in the First World War and living a life of crime in Chicago, twin brothers Smoke and Stack Moore return to their hometown of Clarksdale, Mississippi to start anew. There, they open a juke joint for the local black community, hiring their aspiring guitarist cousin, Sammie (Miles Caton). Sammie is an excellent blues musician, despite his pastor father’s insisting that blues music invites evil. Back at home, Stack also reunites with his ex-girlfriend Mary (Hailee Steinfeld), who resents him for abandoning her.
As Sammie, pianist Delta Sim (Delroy Lindo), and singer Pearline (Jayme Lawson) start performing, they generate music so transcendent it opens a portal for spirits, both from the past and the future, to join the crowd. Unfortunately, it also attracts vampire Remmick (Jack O’Connell). Determined to take Sammie to use his musical genius and bring back the spirits of his lost tribe, a wild fight ensues between humans and the vampires eager to inflict horror in the town.
Sinners was written and directed by Ryan Coogler, who also produced the film alongside Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian. It stars Michael B. Jordan, who played dual roles, Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, and Delroy Lindo.
