Opening Segment: It's the morning, and Tinky Winky is still asleep, Dipsy is making adjustments to the tubby-tronic super dome, and Laa-Laa is eating a breakfast of Tubby toast. But nobody knows what Po is doing. Po is doing some kind of funny walk. When Tinky-Winky wakes up, Dipsy is done doing adjustments and Laa-Laa is done eating they all follow Po. Main Segment: Po decides to go out for a walk. She sees Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, and Laa-Laa dancing outside the Tubbytronic super dome and she joins them. Video Segment: A bunch of kids do funny walks. Magic Segment: Tinky-Winky gets a transmission on his antenna.

Opening sequence: The Teletubbies laugh at how their chairs squeak and honk when they sit in them. Video sequnce: A bunch of people do a dance called ""The Boom-Boom Dance"" to bongo music. Main Sequence: Tinky-Winky is taking a nap, and he does the Boom-Boom dance when he wakes up. Dipsy is going on a walk, and then does the Boom-boom dance. Laa-Laa is eating Tubbytoast and then does the Boom-Boom dance. Po is riding on her scooter, and then does the Boom-Boom dance. The Teletubbies meet up and do the Boom-Boom dance together, even the Noo-Noo joins in. Magic sequence: Dipsy gets the transmission and shows the video in his screen.
