Kirstie and Phil meet dance-mad newlyweds Keon and Zoe in West London, where not only is property expensive, but often sells in record time. Keon and Zoe want a family home with space for their favourite hobby - salsa-dancing, in Shepherd's Bush, for £450,000! Kirstie is further west in the borough of Richmond, helping Paul and Carolyn. Especially Paul, who has bought property before in his native Sheffield, and struggles to get his head around the capital's inflated prices on a budget of £325k.

South Manchester and Cheshire

Phil goes house hunting in the desirable suburbs of south Manchester with Craig and Becki, while Kirstie ploughs the rolling Cheshire countryside with Chris and Amy. Craig and Becki who have had buyers for their current home for eight months, but are completely at loggerheads over their priorities for their next property. Becki wants a ready-to-move-into family home, while accountant Craig is looking for a bargain and a project in the popular suburbs of south Manchester, where property stock is low and demand is high. Chris and Amy are looking to buy their first home together and want something semi-rural but close to motorways in pricey patches such as Knutsford, Lymm and Frodsham.

South London

Kirstie and Phil help two sets of first-time buyers who have chosen to put down roots in south London. Phil is helping Niki and Rob, who have worked hard and saved hard for a deposit for their first home and, as a result, are searching with a generous budget of £450,000. They are looking for a home to suit them at the moment as young thirty-somethings, but that will also give them the space to have a family. Can Phil find a property which gives them the right balance? And Georgie and Louis love London - they work there, they go out there... the only thing is they don't live there. They've been together for five years and, during that time, they've been living with their respective parents in Surrey. Cue Kirstie to help this couple ditch the long commutes and find a place they can call their own. With their budget of £220,000, Georgie and Louis have missed out to faster buyers so, with speed the name of the game, Kirstie is in for a surprise as these first-time buyers strike in record-breaking time.

Having viewed almost 40 properties without success, Hannah and Hassan are still chasing a four bedroom house in the pricey towns around High Wycombe. And the fact that Hassan wants space for a full size snooker table isn't helping. In Reading, Kirstie teams up with sisters Gemma and Lucy, who insist on two of everything: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking spaces.
