★★★★★4/5
Haunted Mansion | Disneyland Resort is a delightful homage to one of Disneyland's most cherished attractions. The film's point-of-view format allows audiences to experience the ride's signature thrills and chills in a new light, guided by the whimsical Ghost Host. The vibrant visuals capture the eerie yet enchanting essence of the mansion, while the playful spirits add a layer of charm that makes it accessible for families. The film seamlessly intertwines nostalgia with fresh storytelling, celebrating 70 years of ghostly tales. Although it may not delve deeply into character development, the enchanting atmosphere and clever humour more than compensate for this shortcoming. Overall, this film is a must-watch for Disney enthusiasts and families seeking a fun, spooky adventure.

★★★★★3/5
Haunted Mansion | Disneyland Resort offers a fun ride through a favourite theme park attraction, but it doesn't quite capture the magic one might hope for. While the visuals are stunning and the Ghost Host's narration is entertaining, the film occasionally feels more like an extended advertisement than a fully fleshed-out story. The playful spirits bring a light-hearted vibe, making it suitable for kids, yet it may lack the depth to engage older audiences fully. The film shines in its nostalgic references and the immersive experience it creates, but some viewers might wish for a more substantial narrative. In the end, it's an enjoyable watch, especially for fans of the attraction, but it may leave others wanting more.
