Alice Gould, played brilliantly by the lead actress, is a fierce investigator who dives headfirst into chaos, pretending to be mentally ill to solve a case. The film does a fantastic job of pulling you in with its dark themes and tense atmosphere, but I found myself wanting a bit more depth in some character arcs.
