The premise is intriguing—Ben finds a creature in his grandad's stuff, which sounds cool, right? But the execution feels a bit rushed. I wanted more depth in Ben’s character and his relationship with the creature. The scares are there, sure, but they felt a tad predictable. The direction by Charlie Fraser has potential, and you can see the passion behind it, but it left me wanting more substance.
