Another Grand Prix three-day weekend will grace Miami Gardens this 3 to 5 May for the continuation of the 2024 F1 World Championship series.
With a record 24 races this year (a first in the sport’s 74-year history), F1 will hold a three-day spectacle in Miami after a successful hosting in the past two years. The race will take place at the Miami International Autodrome, surrounding the iconic Hard Rock Stadium.
The Miami Grand Prix is particularly special this year as it introduces the F1 Sprint to its Saturday schedule (Sunday AEST). This shorter, intense race is roughly one-third the distance of the usual 57-lap race, adding an extra layer of excitement.
Miami will also host the inaugural all-female F1 Academy race, the junior series that highlights emerging female talents in the sport.

What time is the 2024 F1 Miami Grand Prix on TV this weekend in Australia?
The three-day spectacle starts with practice sessions, followed by qualifying rounds, and culminating in the main race on Sunday (Monday AEST).
Due to the time difference, F1 fans in Australia may need to stay up late or wake up earlier this weekend to enjoy the live coverage of the race on TV.
Tune in to day 1 (Practice 1) on May at 2:30 am (AEST). The next morning features the F1 Sprint, 5 May at 2:00am, followed by the Qualifying Round at 6:00am. Finally, the race will kickoff on 6 May at 5:30am.
