Owen Wilson and Salma Hayek have great chemistry, but the plot felt muddled and at times pretentious. There were moments that sparked my interest, but they were often overshadowed by lengthy dialogues that seemed to drag on. The film tries hard to be deep, but it sometimes feels like it’s just throwing philosophical concepts at the wall to see what sticks. By the end, I found myself more confused than enlightened.
