The cinematography beautifully complements the storytelling, adding layers of depth to the visual narrative. ★★★★★3/5
Putham Pudhu Kaalai is an interesting mix of stories that sometimes hits the mark and other times feels a bit scattered. It's great to see such talent coming together, but not every segment lands with the same emotional punch. Some stories are beautifully crafted, resonating with the audience, while others struggle to connect. The themes of love and resilience are timely, especially in the context of the pandemic, and there are moments that genuinely tug at the heartstrings. However, the pacing can feel uneven, and the film leaves you wishing for a bit more depth in certain narratives. Overall, it's a decent watch, especially for those who appreciate anthologies, but it doesn't quite reach the heights it aspires to.
