Martha, our protagonist, finds her life shaken up by an unexpected visitor, and we’re taken along on her emotional ride. While the concept is compelling, there were moments where the film felt a bit too slow and introspective for my taste. The performances are solid, especially from the lead, who brings a lot of depth to Martha. However, I found myself wishing for a bit more dynamism in the storytelling. It’s a film that invites contemplation, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. If you enjoy a slower, character-driven narrative, then give it a go, but don’t expect a fast-paced thrill ride.
