★★★★★3/5
iNumber Number: Jozi Gold offers a mix of thrills and moral dilemmas, but it sometimes feels like it bites off more than it can chew. The premise is intriguing, with an undercover cop caught between the law and his conscience while investigating a gold heist. However, while the performances are solid, the pacing can be uneven, leading to moments where the tension fizzles out. The film does shine in its portrayal of Johannesburg's underworld, providing a gritty backdrop that feels authentic. Yet, at times, the plot can feel predictable. For those seeking a crime drama with heart, it’s worth a watch, but it may not leave everyone fully satisfied.
