★★★★★3.5/5
Frog and Toad is a sweet, whimsical film that captures the spirit of friendship in a way that feels both refreshing and familiar. While it may not break new ground in storytelling, the charm of the characters and the simplicity of their adventures are undeniably appealing. The film does a wonderful job showcasing the contrasts between Frog's adventurous nature and Toad's love for home, creating a lovable duo that audiences can root for. However, some may find the plot a bit predictable, as it follows a formulaic structure often seen in children's films. Still, the animation is delightful, and the heartwarming moments shine through, making it a pleasant experience overall. If you're looking for something light-hearted and uplifting, Frog and Toad is worth a watch, even if it doesn't quite leave a lasting impression.
