The idea of a giant creature lurking in the shadows while a group of survivors tries to piece their lives together is fantastic. However, I found the pacing a bit uneven. Some scenes dragged on while others felt rushed, leaving me wanting more clarity on character motivations. I appreciated the performances, especially the lead, who portrayed a blend of vulnerability and strength. The film does create a tense atmosphere, but at times it felt like it was trying too hard to be profound. The ending, while shocking, left me with mixed feelings—was it satisfying or simply ambiguous for the sake of it? While I can see why some might love it, I walked away feeling it could have been more cohesive.
